Fallout 4 Charisma Build Survival: How to Lead, Persuade, and Conquer the Wasteland

Apart from Rifleman and Life Giver, people will have some leeway with the non-charisma perks. Hacker and Locksmith are two other extremely useful perks for any build, and users will usually want to have at least one of the two. In the Charisma tree there are a few perks everyone will need to unlock.

The main selling point for a charisma-heavy build is the ability to pacify and control most of the enemies in Fallout 4. Instead of fighting battles, why not let a German Shepard, irradiated monster, and raider do all the heavy lifting. Controlling crowds and occupying AI will free up users to aim carefully and kill groups of enemies with ease. Add battles can be boring in any game, but with Charisma, they are over before they begin.

Fallout 4 Charisma Build Survival

These perks will allow your character to clear any obstacles in its path by using brute force from weapons and melee action. This character will also utilize the crafting skills to increase the chances of survival in the Mojave Wasteland. Lastly, you will need both efficient and good-looking armor for your character build.

To achieve a unique playstyle, you will need to acquire Science, Medicine, and Energy Weapons as the major skills for this build. This will benefit the Scientist character with a higher level of scientific knowledge and create drugs and craft weapons for survival. Meanwhile, Speech, Repair, and Explosives will be the minor skills for the build.

Hardcore build in Fallout New Vegas is tricky to tackle as you have to incorporate different elements to make sure it reaches the end of the gameplay. These include both the survival and your own playstyle requirement. However, considering some of the best builds above will surely enhance your gameplay experience further, once again allowing you to dive into the stream of nostalgia for the 12-year-old legendary RPG release.

Well charisma I usually use for 3 things.. settlements, higher companion health and carry (really only for survival modes), and drinking alcohol = no penalties and greater benefits. I think 8 charisma for that.

Survival. low carry, so higher companion abilities to keep them alive longer, fighting stronger, and carry more = great for survival modes. Alcohol = great for survival mode benefits. Settlement building = great. So to me, any survival mode needs charisma at some point. Now, you might not need it all right away, but those 3 benefits really nice.

I personally always start with high strength due to lower carry, and you need to haul stuff. 6 strength for the strong back perks. You can do research in FROST to see how easy it is to get companions, you might just go solo with the Lone Wanderer perks with 3 charisma then build charisma overtime to get your settlement stuff/alcohol/and companion benefits.

Charisma controls speech checks in dialogue sequences as well as trading prices with vendors, thereby being the main SPECIAL stat that influences non-combat gameplay in Fallout 4. So during these sections, it's important to save any charisma-boosting clothing in your apparel inventory, including formal hats, black-rim glasses, formal suits, and other related clothing. In particular, Reginald's Suit which you can earn by saving Reginald in a building infested with Super Mutants at Trinity Tower (which is close to Diamond City) gives 3 charisma points.

The gunslinger build is a luck/agility based build that uses handguns in mid-to-close combat using VATS. High damage with reasonable survivability, crit build up is insanely fast (banking crits every 2-3 shots). It's survival difficulty viable from level 1.

This build has a very strong focus on survival by means of quickly maximizing the value provided by food and drink, and being able to sleep off RADs, health and limb damage, while at the same time being an acceptable gun combatant early on with a maximum of Skill Points available for distribution.

One endurance? Ouch. You can simplify this build by just removing 2 from strength and intelligence and get 5 endurance, Cap Collector and Idiot Savant instead. Cap Collector is because you now have to search the weapon shops in Diamond City and Goodneighbour for the parts you need, and one charisma means shitty prices. Another way to get around your low health is to equip a power armor, the T-60 you get from the Brotherhood of Steel is great but on the other hand the T-45 is very easy to repair, it just has sub-par structure.

A settlement is going to be your ultimate survival tool and you need to take advantage of it from the very beginning of the game. Sanctuary is probably the best one to go for since it is the first settlement you get. Do not build more than one for the moment. Focus on the one settlement and build it up until it becomes a strong stable source of food, water, and supplies. You need a safe place to go to store all your supplies which are so much more valuable now.

thank you i thought so, i been having a lot of fun with the skills which make critical hits extremely powerful and banking them and because i got 10 luck minimum at all times i can kill most things pretty fast, that said i have only played normal for about 6 hours and the rest i been playing very easy, i am going to go to survival difficulty but right now i just want to explore and get through the story, i had the game for about a week so i didnt get it the moment it came out sadly, i must admit i pretty much ignored luck with early characters but in fallout 3 i think i used luck a lot, i remember using mysterious stranger all the time 2ff7e9595c
